Royal Surgical Associates seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time night shift in York, PA. The role involves a medically directed model with 1:3 to 1:4 supervision, supporting a wide case mix in a Level I trauma hospital.

Responsibilities include epidurals and regional anesthesia, cardiac cases, and pediatric and obstetric procedures, with Epic EMR in a high-acuity environment. Experience and PA licensure are required.

Formación

• CRNA certification required and active PA license or compact license.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CRNA services in OR under medically directed model.
• Administer epidurals, regional blocks, spinal and cardiac anesthesia as appropriate.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons and staff to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Opportunity

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Job location in York, PA.

Job Details

• Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts
• Medically directed model with a 1:3 ratio (maximum 1:4)
• Full-time coverage needed per month
• Patient population includes all ages
• Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high quality, patient-centered care across broad range of surgical and procedural areas
• Exposure to diverse and complex patient populations given wide case mix and Level I Trauma designation
• EMR: Epic

CRNAs perform epidurals without a doctor present; blocks are not performed by CRNAs.
