Job summary

South Shore Health in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the SSH Anesthesia PB team in a full-time, on-site role. You will perform pre-anesthetic evaluation, administer anesthesia, manage airway, and monitor patient status throughout perioperative care.

This position requires Massachusetts RN license, CRNA certification, and ACLS/BLS. You will collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, document care, and ensure safe recovery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in airway management and perioperative assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of anesthesia practices and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre-anesthetic preparation and patient evaluation.
• Documents pre-anesthetic evaluation.
• Obtains informed consent for anesthesia.
• Selects prepares and administers anesthetic agents.
• Informs anesthesiologist/surgeon of changes in patient condition.
• Provides anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
