Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documents patient procedures and incidents.
• Assesses patient before, during, and after administering anesthesia.
• Ensures patient safety and administers anesthesia following accepted practice.
• Acts as liaison to surgeons, anesthesiologists, co-workers, patients, and families.
• Participates in department quality assurance initiatives and activities of professional development.
• Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including privacy and explanation adjustments.
• Performs other related duties as required.
