Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• CRNA certification by NBCRNA.
• CPR – American Heart Association.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Background Clearance Certificate.
• PALS - American Heart Association.
• ACLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, evaluates, and implements anesthetic management for all patients undergoing anesthesia care.
• Provides continuous monitoring of patients under anesthesia and communicates with the attending physician when plans fall outside scope.
• Participates in performance/quality improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to legal/ethical standards and safety/compliance requirements.
• Acts as a clinical resource and may mentor new staff or students.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
