Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia.
  • Must be licensed as a CRNA in Texas and registered to practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
  • ACLS or higher certification as required by Medical-Dental staff bylaws.

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgeries and procedures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in critical care and airway management.
  • Work in inpatient and outpatient settings including ambulatory surgery centers (ASC).
