Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network in Cooperstown, NY seeks a full-time CRNA to join the Department of Anesthesiology. You will provide full-spectrum anesthesia services in a collaborative, teaching-focused environment with a 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs and a strong emphasis on patient safety.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $260,000 to $290,000 plus a sign-on bonus and SRNA training stipend, with flexible shifts and opportunities across multiple Bassett locations.

Qualifications

BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required.
NBCRNA certification required for anesthesia practice.
New York State licensure required for practice.

Responsibilities

Academic excellence and affiliation with Bassett Healthcare Network and Columbia University.
Collaborative practice with a team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a medical direction model.
Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services with neuraxial, regional and invasive line placements.
Maintain safety and quality with favorable staffing ratios (1:2 / 1:3).
Offer shift flexibility and premium pay opportunities for extra shifts.
Support teaching and growth opportunities for new graduates.
