HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the established and collaborative team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte Florida.

This is a strong opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates seeking a supportive environment with autonomy, case variety, and long term growth.

Position Highlights

• Anesthesia care team model with 7 anesthesiologists including 3 cardiac and 15 CRNAs
• Coverage includes 10 ORs plus Cath Lab Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy
• Approximately 8000 annual cases
• Diverse case mix including cardiac ortho general surgery endoscopy neuro spine vascular and robotics
• No pediatrics no obstetrics and no trauma
• CRNAs practice at top of license with autonomy
• Perform blocks lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency

Schedule and Call

• Four 10 hour shifts per week
• One weekday late shift per week
• Beeper call for additional compensation
• If called in cases are typically emergent
• Physician always on site

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive tiered base salary plus 40000 geographic stipend
• 15000 additional stipend for cardiac proficiency
