Job summary

UT Health Athens in Athens, TX is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join a 127-bed facility and provide anesthesia services in a multi-specialty hospital. The role offers a 1099 contract with a $320k annual compensation and seven weeks off.

Case mix includes bread-and-butter general surgery, orthopedics, Endo/GI, urology, ENT, and OB/GYN. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred; training is available. A flexible, on-site team structure includes an anesthesiologist once per week.

Qualifications

• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for bread-and-butter general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, urology, ENT and OB/GYN procedures.
• Utilize regional anesthesia techniques where appropriate; regional proficiency preferred but training available.
• Practice anesthesia independently within the facility's team.
