Job summary

Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join its CRNA team at Nacogdoches Medical Center in Nacogdoches, Texas.

This 1099 position offers a compensation of $372k annually, a $40k sign-on bonus, and 13 weeks off. OR call is dedicated to OR coverage only, with case types including general surgery, orthopedics, Endo/GI, urology, ENT, and OB/GYN. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, with training available.

Qualifications

• Board certified CRNA with active certification.
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred; willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for OR cases at Nacogdoches Medical Center (general, ortho, endo/GI, urology, ENT, OB/GYN).
• Participate in OR call coverage on a 1:5 weekday and 1:6 weekend schedule.
• Work within a 1099 CRNA team with support from corporate clinical leaders.
