Job summary

Pipestone County Medical Center & Family Clinic is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services across OR, outpatient, OB and PACU settings. The CRNA will lead staff, collaborate with nursing leadership, and contribute to PI activities.

Requirements include graduation from an approved CRNA program and a Master’s degree. Licensure as CRNA and APRN in Minnesota plus DEA registration and BLS/CPR; CALS/ACLS/NRP as applicable are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved CRNA program.
• Master’s Degree required.
• Active CRNA license and APRN state license or multi-state licensure as required.
• BLS/CPR certification and CALS/ACLS/NRP as required is specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in OR, Outpatient Surgery, OB and PACU.
• Manage anesthesia staff and participate in policy interpretation and PI activities.
• Assist in budget formulation and performance improvement activities.
• Deliver pain management care aligned with patient psychosocial and physical needs.
• Act as a resource and educator for staff in the department.
