Job summary

Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced CRNA for full-time autonomous practice with no MD supervision. You will work across orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, GI and obstetrics, with a schedule of 14 days on and 10 days off.

Base compensation starts at $280,000 with a $50,000 sign-on, relocation up to $15,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME stipend, tail insurance, and a 5.5% retirement match.

Position Highlights:

• Typically home by 2 pm each day
• 14 days on/10 days off - 178 days off per year with schedule layout and PTO of 27 days
• Autonomous practice with no MD supervision
• General practice working with orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, GI, and Obstetrics
• No heart or head cases
• Interest in pain can be accommodated
• Able to take home call once cases are done for the day
• J1 and H1B visa holders can be considered
