Job summary

Cook Children’s in Prosper, TX seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia. The CRNA collaborates with an Anesthesiologist and cares for patients across all acuity levels in surgical, diagnostic, emergency, and therapeutic procedures.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Anesthesia program with MSNs or DNPs and hold Texas APRN credentials, plus CPR/ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited school of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Master's or Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia required.
• Texas APRN license and Advanced Practice Nurse license must be active.
• CRNA certification: CPR, ACLS, and PALS required.

The CRNA practices in collaboration and under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist.
