Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a CRNA to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. The role includes developing individualized anesthesia plans, monitoring patients during procedures, and overseeing PACU care for all age groups.

Qualified candidates hold a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program graduate degree, current NY RN license, and NBCRNA/CRNA certification. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $260,000 base with total compensation around $275,000–$286,000, plus

Qualifications

• Graduate of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program.

• New York State RN license and registration in good standing.
• Graduate degree in nurse anesthesia (MS or DNP/PhD) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Develop an individualized anesthesia plan of care for each patient.
• Monitor patients during surgical procedures and adjust as needed.
• Oversee patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $275,000** and $286,000**, which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
