Incredible Health in Brooklyn, NY is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our hospital partner network. The role involves preoperative assessments, anesthesia planning, and delivering general or local anesthesia under physician orders.

You will monitor patients, adjust anesthesia, collaborate with surgical teams, and maintain confidential records. Eligible candidates have an MSN in nurse anesthesia, NBCRNA certification, an active APRN license, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• MSN degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current CRNA certification by NBCRNA.
• Active APRN license in good standing with the medical board.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and obtain informed consent from patients.
• Administer general or local anesthesia, sedatives, and pain management medication as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during surgery for patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of anesthesia administration and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Active state license as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and in good standing with the medical board
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
