Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living in Maine is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to support pre-admission coordination, progress notes, and service plans. You will schedule medical appointments, transcribe physician orders, and enter data into clinical software while assisting the team to meet service levels.

This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to impact residents’ daily lives. Candidates must hold a 40-hour CRMA certification, be 18+, and provide immunization proof.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour CRMA certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• A current, valid Maine driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required.
• Strong command of the English language and ability to follow instructions with precision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of pre-admission resident care information.
• Coordinate monthly progress notes and service plan updates.
• Schedule and manage resident medical appointments.
• Transcribe physician orders and manage scheduling as needed.
• Enter clinical data into software (MDS-RCA and service plans).
• Support staff to fulfill required service levels.
