Job summary

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring Certified Registered Medication Aide (CRMA) and Direct Support Professionals to support residents in a home environment, with paid training to become certified. You will assist with daily living tasks, administer medications, help with transportation and activities, and work with clinical staff to implement care plans.

A HS diploma, Maine driver's license, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Maine driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful clearance of background checks.
• Caring attitude with dedication to assisting others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
• Commitment to quality in everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, supervision and support in living skills and recreation for individuals in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities such as meals, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served; provide transportation to work or activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
