First Atlantic Healthcare is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) for our Maine assisted living community. You will administer medications and treatments, support residents with daily living tasks, and help maintain a caring environment.

We offer a rewarding clinical role with opportunities for growth, comprehensive benefits, and a $2,000 hiring bonus. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Certification: Training program approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours.
• Experience & mindset: Experience with or a strong desire to care for older adults or chronically ill residents.
• Skills: Strong customer service, independence, flexibility, good judgment, and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Medication & Treatment Delivery: Administer medications and treatments to residents per standards.
• Personal Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including light housekeeping.
• Relationship & Environment Building: Foster positive relationships and a safe, welcoming environment.
