Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager to represent our CRM portfolio in a defined geographic region—Houston. You will develop strong clinical partnerships, drive strategic sales, and support procedures that directly improve patients’ lives.

Your responsibilities include scheduling calls to meet revenue targets, developing data-informed territory plans, engaging hospital staff, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to educate clinicians.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience.
  • 3+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude to explain complex product solutions.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule.
  • Flexibility for onboarding and training.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit targets
  • Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning, market competition, and customer needs
  • Engage hospital personnel and physicians through consultative conversations to understand procedural volume, product usage, and unmet needs—and align Boston Scientific solutions accordingly
  • Resolve product-related issues and service concerns through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, pricing, and clinical research
  • Expand access and visibility by developing strong relationships across hospital departments, including identifying keypurchasinginfluencers and decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that educate clinicians and support the adoption of our CRM technologies
  • Oversee and manage clinical resources to support device implants, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up care across the territory
  • Provide direct support during device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms , followed by ongoing engagement to ensure long-term patient and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently explain and support complex product solutions
  • Willingness toparticipatein a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with the sales team
  • Flexibility to work variable hours and complete an extensive onboarding and training program
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Experience in structural heart, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000.00, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
