Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager for the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio to drive strategic sales and build clinical partnerships within a defined geographic region. You will develop territory plans, engage hospitals and physicians, and support procedures that improve patient outcomes.
You will lead presentations, coordinate implants and post‑care, and collaborate with marketing, pricing and clinical research teams to optimize outcomes and drive growth across the territory.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll represent a portfolio of these life-changing technologies in a defined geographic region—developing strong clinical partnerships, driving strategic sales, and supporting procedures that directly improve patients’ lives.
The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000.00, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
