Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.

You will set the technical strategy, govern multi-org environments, and partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure CRM solutions. Strong enterprise-scale experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of Salesforce experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Experience with complex Salesforce integrations and security models at enterprise scale.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce technical architecture across all Cloud implementations.
• Lead solution design, technical review boards, and governance for major initiatives.
• Establish standards for declarative vs programmatic implementation (Flow, Apex, LWC, integrations).
• Architect data sharing models and large data volume strategies.
• Design integration architectures using MuleSoft and platform services.
• Lead org strategy decisions, sandbox strategy, and DevOps pipelines.
• Define security architecture including profiles, roles, and OAuth/SSO patterns.
• Drive performance and governor limits across Apex and LWC implementations.
• Establish DevOps and release management using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; produce architecture artifacts.

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Job Summary

The role drives the technical strategy of complex, multi-org Salesforce environments, sets standards for security, integration, and customization, and partners with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate has architected Salesforce at enterprise scale, holds strong opinions on declarative versus programmatic trade-offs, and brings deep platform mastery combined with practical architectural judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• DefineSalesforce technical architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Cloud implementations.
• Lead solution design, technical review boards, and governance for major Salesforce initiatives.
• Establish standards for declarative versus programmatic implementation, including Flow, Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
• Architect data models, sharing models, andlarge-data-volume strategies across complex orgs.
• Design integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Composite APIs.
• Lead org strategy decisions includingsingle-orgvs. multi-org, sandbox strategy, and DevOps pipelines.
• Define security architecture including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and OAuth/SSO patterns.
• Drive performance, scalability, and governor-limit management across complex Apex and LWC implementations.
• Establish DevOps and release management practices using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, orAutoRABIT.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex CRM requirements into pragmatic Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through code review, design review, pair programming, and structured knowledge sharing, helping the broader team grow in technical maturity and confidence over time.
• Produce high-quality architecture artifacts — context diagrams, sequence diagrams, decision records, and reference designs — that capture key technical decisions clearly enough to be understood months or years later.
• Coordinate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure proper controls.
• Stay current with Salesforce roadmap, Einstein/AI features, and platform innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ora relatedfield.
• Eight or more years of Salesforce experience, withsignificant timein architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deepexpertisein Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce datamodel, sharingmodel, and platform limits.
• Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
• Experience designing security models at enterprise scale.li
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
• Track recordof leading large Salesforce programs end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
• Experience withMuleSoftAnypointPlatform.
• Familiarity with Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Exposure to Einstein AI /Agentforcefeatures.
• Experience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrations.
