Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking an Associate, Business Tools in Austin to support the development of sales enablement products, including the global CRM system and key integrations. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive enhancements across the sales technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, or technology support
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into tech solutions
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience with data querying and validation
• Familiarity with CRM software and JIRA a plus
• Experience in sales operations or financial services a plus
• Understanding of Agile principles a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business analyst for CRM and sales tech platforms, understanding processes and data
• Gather requirements, translate to user stories, and communicate between business and Tech
• Manage small-to-medium projects from discovery through implementation
• Partner with sales channels to improve user experience and platform capabilities
• Maintain client data across sales systems and ensure data governance
• Execute data activities including bulk updates and data analysis with Excel/Snowflake
• Create runbooks and run documentation for product activities
• Contribute to product roadmaps and prioritization
