Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors seeks an Associate, Business Tools to support development of sales enablement products, including the global CRM system and integrations like email automation and data tools. You will partner with stakeholders across departments to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive enhancements across the sales technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis, operations, or technology support, including internships.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating needs into technology solutions.
• Experience coordinating projects/workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data querying/manipulation/validation.
• Ability to work with large datasets with high accuracy and business context.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner with business and technology stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn the business processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software and testing tools (e.g., JIRA) a plus.
• Experience in sales/sales operations or financial services a plus.
• Understanding of Agile principles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business analyst for CRM and related sales technology platforms, developing understanding of processes and data.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate to user stories and design requirements, and communicate between business and Technology.
• Manage small-to-medium projects from discovery through implementation, coordinating timelines, testing, and rollout.
• Develop partnerships with sales channels to provide product support and identify opportunities to improve UX and platform capabilities.
• Maintain and enhance client data across sales systems with data governance and privacy standards.
• Execute and oversee data activities including bulk updates and querying using Excel and Snowflake.
• Create and maintain runbooks, process docs, and communications to support product activities.
• Contribute to roadmaps and prioritization balancing value, user needs, risk and technical considerations.
