Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day delivery of our CRM marketing program across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and other owned channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, scheduling, and deploying CRM campaigns while ensuring flawless execution, accurate audience targeting, and a high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with CRM Strategy, Creative, Copy, Merchandising, and Engineering teams to bring campaigns to life and support the continuous optimization of our CRM program.
Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, test, and deploy CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and other owned channels.
- Ensure campaigns are configured with the correct audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Code and QA email campaigns, validating content, links, dynamic content, rendering, and landing page experience.
- Execute comprehensive pre-launch testing to ensure campaigns are error-free across devices and email clients.
- Monitor email deliverability, IP reputation, inbox placement, and spam metrics, proactively identifying and escalating issues.
- Coordinate campaign production timelines with CRM Strategy, Copy, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure timely launches.
- Implement A/B tests and multivariate tests according to campaign briefs and document test configurations accurately.
- Support the implementation of CRM technical initiatives, including triggered campaigns, automations, personalization features, and lifecycle journeys, partnering closely with Engineering and CRM Strategy teams.
- Maintain CRM documentation, QA checklists, and operational processes.
- Ensure CRM best practices are consistently followed to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM Operations, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or a similar role.
- Experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM platform (Cordial, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, …)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
- Experience with campaign QA, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to execution quality.
- Experience working with SQL Knowledge, Snowflake, DBeaver, Big Query or other data querying tools is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
