Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Marketing & CRM Coordinator to manage our CRM, execute targeted campaigns, and support marketing initiatives. You will ensure data integrity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize client journeys.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in marketing or related fields, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite role in Cypress, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of Marketing or related experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assign leads from various sources to sales reps using Oracle.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness.
• Implement and maintain CRM best practices.
• Provide training and support to other team members on CRM usage.
• Monitor performance of leads and propose lead generation optimizations.
• Develop and design impactful presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Support development of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, flyers, videos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support marketing events and trade shows
• Handle CRM administrative tasks including reports and dashboards.
