The CRM Manager will be a key player in optimizing the use of Raritan Valley Community College's (RVCC) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the CRM Manager will lead system administration tasks, including user management, data quality assurance, campaign creation, and the development of reports and dashboards to support RVCC's strategic enrollment and retention goals.
