This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations. Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements.
  • Continuously assess CRM system performance and user feedback to implement improvements. Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success.
  • Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation. Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security within the CRM environment.
  • Act as a CRM subject matter expert and trusted advisor. Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize the impact of CRM investments and align with long-term business goals.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
  • Project management experience preferred. Ideally working with Mid-market accounts.
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices. (Salesforce certification preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
  • Have experience establishing and maintaining third party integrations, specifically within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred

Compensation

$90,000-$110,000 USD Annually

This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
