Job description

CRM & Email Automation Specialist (Freelance)

Remote (Candidates must reside in the United States)

Description

We're looking for a systems-savvy contractor who can come in, understand our agency model, and build out a sales funnel, CRM system, and email marketing automations that support our growth. You'll work closely with our founder and team to implement scalable systems and create a real pipeline out of the leads we already have. You will be compensated a project-based fee. About Us: At Creator Origin, we build tailored influencer marketing campaigns that drive results. We're a female-founded and led agency partnering with brands to launch high-impact influencer campaigns by matching them with creators who align with their voice and values.

As we grow, we're looking to bring in a CRM & Sales Funnel Consultant to help us streamline our sales process and maximize lead conversions. Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement a customized CRM system (must be user friendly)
  • Set up a clear and effective sales pipeline to manage and track leads
  • Create and launch email marketing sequences (nurture, follow-ups, re-engagement, etc.)
  • Segment and organize leads based on lifecycle stage, interest, and engagement
  • Recommend and implement automations to save time and boost efficiency
  • Create documentation or training for internal team use
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in CRM implementation and sales pipeline building for agencies or service-based businesses
  • Familiar with CRM platforms and can make a recommendation for our needs
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for turning messy lead data into organized flows
  • Fluent in building email automations that convert (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Instantly, etc.)
  • Self-starter who can own the project from start to finish with minimal hand-holding
  • Compensation: $500-$3,500 (based on scope and experience)
  • Project-based (with potential for future work)
