Job summary

Lume Consulting Group in Sacramento is seeking a CRM Developer Lead with strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience to guide design, development and deployment of CRM solutions. You will lead projects, mentor developers and translate business needs into scalable Dynamics workflows and integrations.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise with entities, forms, reports and custom plugins, plus a solid background in .NET, JavaScript and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Dynamics CRM-based solutions.
• Lead capacity: at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Experience with CRM configuration, administration, and upgrades.
• Proven ability to create entities, forms, workflows, and reports in Dynamics CRM.
• Develop workflows, custom workflow, plugins, and form-based customizations.
• Design and implement business processes and integrations between Dynamics CRM and other apps.
• 2-5 years' experience with JavaScript; strong coding with Microsoft CRM SDK, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML.
• SharePoint database administration or development.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, IIS, Active Directory, and networking principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; leadership in requirements sessions.
• Experience with financial institutions is a plus.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education.

Lume Consulting Group a Sacramento based IT consulting company is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a CRM Developer Lead (Microsoft Dynamics)

Qualifications

• •NET Developer with specific experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• •5 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based solutions Possess a thorough understanding of the out-of-the-box functionality as well as configuration options available within Dynamics CRM (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• Recent experience with all aspects of CRM software to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, administration, and system upgrades with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports within Microsoft Dynamics
• Demonstrated Experience in developing Workflows, custom Workflow, Plug-ins and form based customizations within Dynamics CRM
• Experience designing and implementing business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications •NET applications
• 2-5 years\' experience developing with JavaScript Proficient coding skills using Microsoft CRM SDK, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP •NET, HTML

• Knowledge and experience working with Windows OS, IIS, Active Directory, and basic networking principles Strong technical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
