As the CRM & Data Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the organization's CRM platform, ensuring system performance, and supporting integrations with other key data tools. You'll collaborate across departments to support ongoing enhancements, improve workflows, and provide expert guidance on CRM utilization. This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation by ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and platform scalability.

Accountabilities:

  • Administer and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring high performance and data integrity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage CRM upgrades and integrations
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and recommend system improvements
  • Troubleshoot user issues and resolve system-related problems proactively
  • Lead the development and delivery of CRM training programs for new and existing users
  • Ensure data flows between CRM and other platforms are secure and reliable
  • Drive CRM optimization projects aligned with business objectives and technical standards


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs (preferred)
  • CRM certification (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics certification) is a plus
  • Understanding of data privacy and security regulations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
