Change, Adoption & Business Readiness
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and organizational readiness.
  • Define adoption strategies and enablement plans.
  • Partner with Change teams to support communication and training.
  • Monitor adoption and proactively address barriers.
  • Ensure transition from implementation to sustainable usage.
Analytics, Insights & Performance Management
  • Define KPIs and performance frameworks for assigned capabilities.
  • Leverage CRM analytics, funnel metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Analyze business performance, adoption, and customer outcomes.
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Communicate performance and value realization to leadership.
AI & Future Capability Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities through AI, Copilots, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with AI Enablement and technical teams to align business needs and solutions.
  • Ensure AI-enabled capabilities meet business goals, governance standards, and user needs.
  • Support adoption and value realization of new digital capabilities.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 excluding incentive opportunities. The pay rangetakes into accounta wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,skills;experience andtraining;licensure andcertifications;and geographic location. Hiredapplicantwill be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentivecompensation.
