Primary Focus

The Salesforce Administrator will analyze and generate insights from complex customer, sales, and marketing data. She/he will be the subject matter expert for workflows involving Salesforce.com, primarily responsible for administering Salesforce, managing user permissions, and collaborating with IT for platform enhancements to streamline sales and customer operations.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce.com for 700+ users.
  • Manage Salesforce security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, fields, views, and campaigns.
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness, identifying gaps for remediation.
  • Collaborate on process improvements, workflow rules, and validations.
  • Coordinate with IT Quality Control on deployments.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales teams across North America.
  • Provide Salesforce expertise organization-wide, advising on best practices.
  • Support users by resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Work with offshore teams to manage case workloads.
  • Prepare documentation for new functionalities and evaluate Salesforce innovations for applicability.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or Business.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing data and administering Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 201 preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of Apex/Visualforce is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
