Job summary

Timken seeks a Customer Relations Management Representative to deliver best-in-class account service within the order-to-cash process. You will be the primary contact for assigned customers from original equipment and aftermarket channels, handling quotations, orders, and delivery coordination with internal teams.

In this role, you will apply problem-solving skills, develop product knowledge, and mentor peers while driving delivery performance and customer loyalty through proactive communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior Customer Relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide price and delivery quotations, order entry and schedule changes.
• Forecasting, expediting, order book management and maintaining customer master information.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, manufacturing and other internal partners.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships to improve sales opportunities.
