Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Fleet Manager for the Bombardier Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ200) stationed at Smyrna, TN. You will analyze deficiencies, develop corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness while prioritizing safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, risk assessments, cost-effective action plans, and leading process improvements to reduce delays, downtime, and maintenance errors. Strong leadership and FAA A&P credentials required.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certification.
• 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Able to read FAA regulations and maintenance docs in English.

Responsibilities
