Job description

Bellevue Veterinary Emergency and Specialty, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest just a few miles from downtown Seattle, was founded in 2023 to provide world-class compassionate veterinary care to our patients and their caregivers. This care extends throughout the support team to provide an exciting, fun, diverse, and inclusive work environment; we love pets and we love people! Bellevue Emergency Veterinary & Specialty is looking to welcome a Full-Time Critical Care Specialist to our team.

Our Hospital:
Bellevue Veterinary Emergency & Specialty is led by our founding emergency veterinarian and hospital team, whose decades of experience in veterinary medicine is the foundation of our facility. Our hospital is supported by our boarded surgeons, internists, oncologists, and clinical pathologist. We offer a well equipped in house diagnostic laboratory, established relationships with referral laboratories, cutting-edge surgical facilities, digital radiography, advanced CT imaging, ultrasound, and endoscopy. We have close relationships with board certified radiologists who enhance our services to the community.

Our commitment to pets extends beyond our hospital walls. Our Team Members can give back to communities around the globe through our partnership with World Vets. Each year, we send a group of doctors and support staff abroad to help pets in need and we support programs that nurture healthy relationships between people and animals.

Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. We welcome an enthusiastic and team-focused board-certified or board eligible criticalist with a desire to provide compassionate care in a well-equipped hospital. We encourage collaboration with other veterinarians and hospital staff to provide the highest standard of care.

Our compensation package includes a starting base salary between $200,000 - $210,000 with production potential and no-negative production. Sign on bonus is available. We offer a great benefits package including: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.
