Job summary

VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Specialty in Concord, NH seeks a board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist to join a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital. You’ll work with a tiered team across internal medicine, surgery, neurology, ophthalmology, and anesthesia to deliver world-class care.

We offer a supportive environment with access to advanced diagnostics, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or residency-trained in veterinary critical care.
• Excellent collaboration with emergency and specialty teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level critical care to emergency patients.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, surgery, neurology, ophthalmology.
• Contribute to teaching and clinical studies.

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
