Job Summary
The Critical Support Technician role acts in a “floater” capacity, supporting multiple labs and locations as assigned by the Account Director(s). The position is designed to provide critical support across multiple client locations as directed by current business need. The Critical Support Technician will be assigned over multiple sites (IE – To cover open positions, employee time off, vacation coverages, and emergency coverages) and as such, working hours and schedules may be changed and/or augmented as needed.

Physical Demands
Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint. Ability to stand, crouch, and climb to perform repairs, use ladder, and perform various types of manual labor. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision (with correction) sufficient for reading, performing repairs and painting.
