The Critical Operations Engineer I is responsible for assisting in the operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of a mission-critical data center. This role supports the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, cooling, and fire/life safety systems to ensure reliable facility performance. The engineer follows established operating procedures, safety standards, and best practices while supporting customer infrastructure projects, responding to system alarms, and contributing to continuous operational improvements. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
