Job summary

Executive Decision LLC seeks a seasoned logistics professional to support biological/chemical/radiological incident response with end-to-end supply chain coordination. You will compile QA/QC data, maintain provisioning and distribution records, and perform site assessments to identify logistical considerations for fielding activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, excellent English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of and experience supporting supply chain operations system.
• On-call 24/7 availability; recall within 90 minutes to report.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle multiple requests.
• Excellent English language skills and proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and documentation support related to supplies, equipment, and medical material for response to incidents.
• Support Government-led QA/QC activities by compiling data, conducting inspections, and preparing observations.
• Provide analytical and documentation support for planning, provisioning, acquisition tracking, and distribution records.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare reports on logistical considerations and limitations for fielding activities.
• Provide logistical support for deployment and distribution of supplies and equipment per SOPs and regulations.
• Provide technical supply support and documentation to support ongoing projects.
• Process and maintain automated records for storage, issue, QA/QC, SLEP tracking, and disposal.
• Monitor alerts from remote devices 24/7 nationwide and notify Government officials of issues.
• Perform basic telecommunications system checks and coordinate with experts for troubleshooting.
• Conduct visual inspections of temperature monitoring equipment and document findings.
• Utilize testing equipment to support regulatory standards documentation.
• Coordinate Drop Ship (DS) and Drop Ship with Personnel (DSP) activities.
