Job summary

ICF is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Analyst SME to join our Security and Resilience practice in a cleared environment supporting DoD mission assurance. The role focuses on assessing, modeling, and protecting critical infrastructure in utilities and transportation sectors.

The candidate will work with GIS tools, perform resilience analyses, and coordinate with teammates on infrastructure assessments, with occasional travel to client sites. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in critical infrastructure domains.
• Experience in operation of electric power, water/wastewater, transportation, telecom, or data center systems.
• Proven ability to research public/secure databases and apply sector-specific modeling tools.
• US Citizenship and active clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess critical infrastructure sectors (water, energy, chemical, transportation, telecom) for threats and resilience.
• Analyze impacts to customers if disrupted and propose protective options against risks.
• Understand systems and operations of critical infrastructure domains using technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates and document analyses with high detail.
• Respond to quick-turn tasks and deliver detailed analyses; travel may be required.
