Flexential seeks an experienced facilities technician to support data center operations. You'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, ensuring 99.999% uptime and adherence to customer SLAs, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
The role requires strong troubleshooting, knowledge of building automation, and willingness to work on-call, nights, or weekends as needed.
Responsibilities for this position include utilizing advanced skills to perform preventative and corrective maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for all data center(s) assigned and maintaining mission-critical uptime of 99.999% or higher. Other responsibilities include vendor management, scheduling and documentation control. Must build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Data Center Technician (DCT) and provide hands‑on training as required.

Base Pay Range: Hourly salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $36.00 - $38.00. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
