Flexential Corp. is seeking an entry-level Data Center Technician to support regional operations in Portland, OR. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems and ensure uptime of 99.999% across data centers.
The role emphasizes hands-on training and collaboration with the TAC team. Responsibilities include on-call duties, monitoring facility equipment, and reading technical documents.
Responsibilities include learning and utilizing skills to perform preventative and corrective maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for all data center(s) assigned and maintaining mission-critical uptime of 99.999% or higher. Must build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Technical Assistance Associate team (TAC) and provide hands-on training as required. This is an entry-level position in the Regional Operations Team.

Base Pay Range: Hourly salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $31.00- $33.00. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
