Job summary

R3 Continuum, LLC is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Pullman and surrounding areas in Washington. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

The position is contracted as an independent consultant with flexible scheduling and on-demand engagement, offering simple electronic reporting via our mobile app and potential supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
