Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Pullman and surrounding areas in Washington. As an independent contractor, you will respond to disruptive workplace events and support organizations and employees affected by trauma.

The role requires an independently licensed WA clinician (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist) with a master’s degree in mental health and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed in the State of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
