Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Frederick, MD, is looking for an Assistant Critical Facilities Manager (ACFM) to oversee data center operations and maintenance. You’ll assist in building a dedicated team focused on achieving total availability and manage critical infrastructure while supporting a 24x7 environment.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in mission-critical operations, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Contributions to client relationships and company growth will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in mission critical environments.
• Direct management experience of non-exempt shift-based employees.
• Experience in a colocation data center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFM in managing data center operations.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for data center emergencies.
• Manage power and cooling capacity in the data halls.
