Job summary

Promera is seeking a Cleaning Technician 2 to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained environments that protect critical infrastructure and support operational efficiency in San Antonio, TX. The role involves following safety rules, using proper equipment, and staying prepared for emergencies, with up to 90% travel as needed.

You will work with a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and complete certifications within six months.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to read and speak English at a grade 5 level.
• Basic technology experience.
• Be allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, at any time.
• Minimum 3 - 6 months experience.
• OHSA-10 certification required.
• Ladder Certification required.
• Certified in Equipment & Environment Cleaning L1 to L3.
• Certified in Underfloor Cleaning L0 - L3.
• Certified in Top of Floor Surface Cleaning (HPL or VCT) L1 to L2 and Carpet L1.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Show up on time and work your full schedule.
• Let your team know ahead of time if you'll be absent.
• Be okay with changes in your work schedule.
• Ability to follow detailed instruction.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Be willing to travel and stay overnight for work when needed.

• Report anything unsafe right away.
• Be ready for emergencies like spills, fires, or needing to leave the building quickly.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Get your OSHA 10 safety certificate within six months of starting the job.
