Premier Ambulance seeks a Critical Care Transport Respiratory Therapist to deliver advanced respiratory care during interfacility transports in Glendale, CA. The RT will manage patients on ventilation and coordinate with the transport team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• California RRT credential and active license.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience (ER/ICU) in the past 18 months.
• AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate respiratory care during patient transport.
• Care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support.
• Communicate with receiving facilities, Nurse Manager, and transport team.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and department standards.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies during transport.
