Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive pediatric and newborn transport services as part of a critical care team. The RN will deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following established nursing standards.

The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, safety, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Relevant pediatric/ICU experience is preferred and a nursing license is required.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ADN; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 3 years pediatric transport/ICU/ER/CICU/NICU experience; 5 years preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience and additional certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers, including cultural and spiritual factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.
