Responsibilities

Partners with patients and families to implement and evaluate plan of care.
Educates patients and families, ensuring understanding of education and discharge instructions.
Delegates and prioritizes tasks to maintain quality patient care and safety.
Completes all clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
Supports patient throughput and coordinates care with interdisciplinary team.
