Job summary

Qualifications

• RN degree (Required).
• At least 1 year of critical care experience.
• RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• PALS required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs applying standards of practice in CC/Telemetry units.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure safe transitions.
• Educate patients and families and document education and discharge planning.
