A healthcare facility in Hastings, NE is seeking a Critical Care Technician (CCT/CNA) for the night shift. This role includes providing essential clerical and organizational support to the ICU, assisting nursing staff in patient care, and monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms. Candidates must have a GED or high school diploma, a valid CNA license from Nebraska, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• CNA license from the State of Nebraska or completion of a basic nursing course.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of one month related experience preferred.
• BLS certification with renewal within 90 days of employment.

Under the direct supervision of Registered Nursing staff assists in performing delegated patient care activities, including activities of daily living and basic nursing care procedures, as well as identified competencies required in the assigned patient care unit. Monitors Cardiac Rhythms, VS, and SaO2 levels.**EDUCATION:**GED or High School Diploma required. **EXPERIENCE:**Minimum of one month related experience and/or training preferred.**CERTIFICATIONS:** CNA license from the State of Nebraska OR completion of a basic nursing course, completion of Emergency Medical Technician training/certification, completion of a hospital provided training course, or other health care related major required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) with a recommended renewal date, required within 90 days of employment.
